Light Fight

Light Fight is an online Martial Arts and mindset program. This course runs only five days a week (Monday - Friday). 

The course lasts for a minimum of twelve weeks. After this, you are free to cancel any time. I have new courses starting regularly, just contact me for the next available slot.

Why twelve weeks? Simply because I believe this is the minimum amount of time it takes to make a real difference. You will be given the tools to be able to continue on your mind and body journey, without my help. However, it won't happen overnight, and I want to give you all the support you need while we make this transition together. 


The course is based entirely online, and instructed via a private members only area on this very website. You don't need any equipment at all, other than wi-fi and a yoga mat (or carpet).

Every week day, you will have a video to complete, which will take you from start to finish through a 15 minute workout. You can do this at any time of the day, to suit you. I will keep you accountable with a daily email, checking in with your physical and mental health. 

From a martial arts perspective, Light Fight combines exercises taken from across the martial arts board. This includes Muay Thai, wrestling and Brazilian jiu jitsu, which form the base of my own mixed martial arts career. All the exercises can be performed alone, and from the comfort of your own home. 

Of course, all of the hard work you do, exercising and fuelling your body correctly, won't solve all your problems. Your mind and body are capable of working in perfect harmony, but it is very rare that this happens without some really hard and focused work. I will be guiding you through some specific introspective work, as well as encouraging you to meditate daily.
