Light Fight

Light Fight has been designed for you to get fit without getting hit.

You will be working with me online, five days a week (Monday - Friday) focusing on either self defence or fitness.


Each week consists of a one hour Zoom session in order to learn and review techniques as well as four (approximately) fifteen minute work outs to back up the technique you have learned. 

Daily accountability will help to ensure you are able to meet your goals, but I believe it is also very important to check in with your physical and mental health and this will be a priority for me as soon as we begin working together.

Nutrition

Have you ever wondered why you're not losing weight? Do all the diets you find on Google seem completely overwhelming? That's where I  come in.

I work off your current diet and nutritional intake. I am never going to force you into eating foods you don't like. Food is meant to be enjoyed!

 

First, we will talk about your goals and aspirations, and discuss how we can get you there. Whether you want to look incredible for your wedding, run your first 10km or start lifting weights, I can help you do it to the best of your ability. 

Together we will find out what foods work best for you, enable you to become the strongest, fittest and best looking version of yourself the world has ever experienced.

Typical week

Every day send in your food and exercise diary. I will respond with simple ways in which you can improve your nutritional intake, decrease or increase your calories (depending on your goals) and bucket loads of enthusiasm

Do you work with or own a business or charity?

Would you like to provide support for you and your staff when it comes to looking after themselves? 

At HHH Self Defence we (Helen and an incredible support team) run one off events as well as month long workshops in order to keep people as safe as possible. 

We use a mixture of physical drills and activities, discussions and first hand experience in order to give you the best possible chance of staying safe should you ever be faced with a potentially dangerous situation.

Typical session

An introduction followed by a fun warm up. Short discussion to get to know participants, and discover any specific requests. Main session made up of simple, practical and easy to learn defences. Including how and why they work, and the importance of practice and repetition. Next, a question and answer session, along with a final review of the technique learned. What was each persons main take away from the session? 

How does it work?

No matter which program you take part in, I can guarantee you will learn, grow and achieve.  The minute you decide to work with me, I will make it my    absolute priority to ensure you get the results you are looking for. 

Everything I teach comes directly from my own experience (in the cage as well as    in a self defence situation) - if it doesn't work in real life,    then I won't be  wasting your time with it.  I take the physical aspects of my coaching from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, Muay Thai and boxing. The nutritional aspects derive from mine and my students    multiple weight cuts.    I know first hand what works:    short and long term, how to keep the weight off and what to do for a quick fix  confidence boost (I'll be very transparent about the two)

 

Ultimately,  consistency  pays off, so if you do the work, you will get the results!
