How does it work?
The courses are all based entirely online, Light Fight and all Bespoke Packages are instructed via a private members only area on this website and personal daily emails. You don't need any equipment at all, other than wi-fi and a yoga mat (or carpet).
Every day, you will be given a 15 minute workout to complete, which you can do at any time of the day. I will keep you accountable with a daily email, checking in with your physical and mental health.
You can start at any time, however all programs last for a minimum of twelve weeks. After this, you are free to cancel any time.
Why twelve weeks?
Simply because I believe this is the minimum amount of time it takes to make a real difference. You will be given the tools to enable you to continue on your mind and body journey, without my help. However,
it won't happen overnight, and I want to give you all the support you need to make this transition.
The courses combine exercises taken from the martial arts which form my career, including
Muay Thai, wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. All the exercises can be performed alone, and
from the comfort of your own home.
You are quite literally getting fit, without getting hit!
Light Fight runs five days a week (Monday - Friday).
Each week, you will get a hour Zoom workout with me, focusing on Self Defence or fitness (your choice). We try and stick with the same day and time each week but you are welcome to choose it!
The other four days of the week. I'll give you a workout which will help you to practice the things we work on in our session. It usually takes around 15 minutes. You can do this at any time of the day, to suit you. I will keep you accountable with a daily email, checking in with your physical and mental health.
In contrast to the Bespoke Package, the Light Fight program does not include a full nutritional breakdown, although I am happy to give you a few hints and tips in how to cut down calories or sugars.
The Bespoke Package is exactly what it says on the tin. A completely online martial arts and
mindset masterclass. You choose how many days a week you want to train, you also choose how much nutritional support you would like, and which days you would like to work on your mindset.
Each week, you can choose when you would like to train with me, and when you would like to train alone with the workout I provide you. We will go through your individual movement technique, and talk in detail about your week. Taking positive action with your health and well being is a sure fire way to accelerate your progress.
