30 Day Challenge

Deciding to do a 30-day online challenge is one of the most exciting things I’ve done for a long time. After a fantastic response from my MMA Advent Calendar, it seemed only right to expand it and trial my first 10 willing guinea pigs!


I continuously hear people slating their boring workouts:


“It’s just push-ups and sit-ups, there’s never anything new”


“I’m so bored of the gym, and I don’t really see results any more, I may as well not bother”


“I go but I’m not really sure what to do so I just stay on the treadmill, at least I know how it works”


I could go on.


So, what is so different about my 30-day challenge? Surely, it’s just like every other fitness challenge?!


You would be forgiven for thinking so. However, you would also be wrong. My challenge includes a weekly Skype session, a daily WhatsApp challenge and weekly progress checks. Everyone is different – some people want to lose fat, some want to gain muscle, and some just want to feel like their mindset is healthier.


The whole point of PERSONAL training, is that it’s personal! This is why I only work with a small number of clients at a time, and tailor my advice to fit each person’s specific goals.


The great thing about this challenge, is that you can do it alone, but you will never FEEL alone. I’ll be there every step of they way, for the whole 30 days. Also, because of the start date (2nd January 2020) you will be starting your new year in the best possible way.


There are no strict dieting rules, but I will give you advice on how to maintain a lower calorie intake. We WILL do this challenge TOGETHER and you WILL get great results, as long as you promise to give it your all.
