Program Details & Tiers

General Information

The courses are all based entirely online, and instructed via a private members only area on this very website. You don't need any equipment at all, other than wi-fi and a yoga mat (or carpet).

Every day, there will be a 15 minute video workout to complete, which you can do at any time of the day. All you need to do is press play and do what I do. I will keep you accountable with a daily email, checking in with your physical and mental health.

Both the Total Mind and Body Overhaul and Light Fight courses last for a minimum of twelve weeks. After this, you are free to cancel any time. Why twelve weeks? Simply because I believe this is the minimum amount of time it takes to make a real difference. You will be given the tools to enable you to continue on your mind and body journey, without my help. However, it won't happen overnight, and I want to give you all the support you need to make this transition. 

The courses combine exercises taken from the martial arts which form my career, including Muay Thai, wrestling and Brazilian jiu jitsu. All the exercises can be performed alone, and from the comfort of your own home.

Tier 1: Total Mind and Body Overhaul: £500 PCM

The Total Mind and Body Overhaul is a completely online martial arts and mindset masterclass. You will have a training program for six days a week, but I will be on hand for the full seven days a week with regard to nutritional support.

Each week, you will have a whole hour with me, and just me. We will go through your individual movement technique, and talk in detail about your week. Taking positive action with your health and well being is a sure fire way to accelerate your progress.

Rather than give you a shopping list you are never going to use, with food you are completely unfamiliar with, I prefer to take a very individual assessment of what you are putting in to your body. Our ultimate goal will be to fuel your body rather than just guess. ​For this reason, I will ask you to keep a food diary for the first three days of your program. I will then analyse it and we will tweak it together, to form an easily managed nutritional plan.

Of course, all of the hard work you do, exercising and fuelling your body correctly, won't solve all your problems. Your mind and body are capable of working in perfect harmony, but it is very rare that this happens without some really hard and focused work. I will be guiding you through some specific introspective work, as well as encouraging you to meditate daily. ​

Tier 2: Light Fight: £250 PCM

Light Fight is a little less intense, and runs only five days a week (Monday - Friday). 

As with the total mind and body overhaul, you will have a workout video to complete daily, which will take you from start to finish through a 15 minute workout. You can do this at any time of the day, to suit you. I will keep you accountable with a daily email, checking in with your physical and mental health. 

In contrast to t​he total mind and body overhaul, the Light Fight program does not include a full nutritional breakdown, although I am happy to give you a few hints and tips in how to cut down calories or sugars. 

Although this program does not include weekly 1-2-1 video calls, I encourage my Light Fight clients to record themselves completing each exercise, so that I can analyse and suggest improvements to their technique.
